2010-11

The 2010-11 car was the most innovate yet. Taking sustainability one step further the team used plywood panels to form a flat-pack 'IKEA' style car which could be assembled by slotting the panels together. Powered by a Hydrogen Fuel Cell and also featuring a pivoting mechanism and fabric coverings which was later copied by BMW ;) 

At the competition the team won the 'Perseverance in the face of adversity' award due to the can-do attitude and strong team spirit of the group!
